HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is on its way to you we will email you the tracking number for your parcel.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY ACCESSORIES?

Your accessories are made of 18k gold plated stainless steel which makes them waterproof, tarnish and corrosion resistant as well as hypoallergenic. This means you can swim, sweat and live your best life in these beauties however, as with all plated accessories, continuous rough wear will eventually wear away the plating so we suggest the best care you can of your accessories by storing them in a dry place and keeping them away from harsh chemicals.

HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We endeavor to ship out all orders 1-2 working days after we receive them. Once your order has been collected by the courier you will receive a tracking number for your parcel.

From past experience, our courier partners ordinarily delivery within 2-5 working days, depending on your location and the time of the year (holidays etc.).

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not offer refunds on orders unless in the unlikely event that your order was faulty.

For hygienic reasons we can not offer exchanges on earrings.
