Refund policy
- For hygienic reasons we do not offer returns on earrings and any other pierced goods.
- We do not offer refunds on any of our items unless they arrived with you faulty. In the unlikely event that your order arrives with you faulty, please email us at info@wantsandneedsthelabel.com with images of your faulty items within 24 hours of delivery. We will get back to you to discuss a refund or coupon (your choice).
- We do offer exchanges on our other accessories (excluding earring and other pierced accessories) in the case of an incorrect size or color ordered.
- We request that you notify us that you would like to process an exchange within 2 days of receiving your parcel. We suggest that you return your exchange goods to us via PUDO Locker-to-Locker (affordable & safe at R49 per XS package) - cost of return for your account. Once we receive your items in good sellable order, we will send back your new items via the same mode - cost of shipment to you for our account. Please note that if you need further exchanges, all further return and receiving costs will be for your account.

- WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR ESPECIALLY, AND PARTICULARLY ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REPORTED AS FAULTY WITHIN 24 HOUR AFTER DELIVERY TIMEFRAME.
- In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please notify us immediately or withing 24 hours via email (info@wantsandneedsthelabel.com) and we will send you a replacement at our cost.
