Shipping policy
- We currently ship all over South Africa using Aramex Store-To-Door or Fastway Couriers (the carrier is determined by us at the time of shipping), at a flat rate of R70 for all order under R500.
- Orders over R500 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
- We know how exciting your online purchase can be and therefor endeavor to ship all online order within 1-2 working days (Mondays-Friday) after receiving them. This timeline is dependent on how busy we are and holiday seasons.
- All orders are shipped from Cape Town.
- All order are eligible for tracking information, which will be sent to you via email as soon as your parcel has been collected by our courier providers.
- Orders can take anything from 1-5 working days to delivery, depending on your location and the time of year.
- Please note that once your order has been collected by Aramex or Fastway it is best to reach out to them with your tracking details to find out about the status of your parcel's delivery.
