Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
- We currently ship all over South Africa using Aramex Store-To-Door or Fastway Couriers (the carrier is determined by us at the time of shipping), at a flat rate of R70 for all order under R350.
- Orders over R350 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
- We know how exciting your online purchase can be and therefor endeavor to ship all online order within 1-2 working days (Mondays-Friday) after receiving them. This timeline is dependent on how busy we are and holiday seasons.
- All orders are shipped from Cape Town.
- All order are eligible for tracking information, which will be sent to you via email as soon as your has been processed. If your order is processes over a weekend, you will only be able to track your parcel on the next available working day (Mon-Fri, public holidays excluded). The courier companies do not collect orders on the weekend.
- Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will be able to track its journey to you online.
- Orders can take anything from 1-5 working days from collection date to delivery, depending on your location and the time of year.
RETURNS
- For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.
- We do not offer refunds on any of our items unless they are faulty.
- We do offer exchanges on our other accessories in the case of an incorrect size or color ordered, however the cost of return and the cost of us shipping your exchanged item back to you is for your account.
- We request that you notify us that you would like to process an exchange within 2 days of receiving your parcel. We will be in touch with the address for return as well as further details on your exchange.
- WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
- WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR.
- In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please notify us immediately, or within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send us photos of the issue you are experiencing to info@wantsandneedsthelabel.com. If we have stock of your faulty item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If we do not have stock of the item in question, we can either offer a replacement suggestion or a refund for your faulty item.
