How To Place Your Order

To place your order, simply add the accessories you would like to shop to your cart. When you are ready, follow the CART button to check out. You will be lead to safely and securely pay for your order via our Payfast extension. Payments are processed immediately and we start processing your order as soon as we receive them.


We try our best to ship out all parcels 1 working day after we receive your order. If you placed your order on a Friday, over a weekend or on a public holiday we will process your order and parcel the very next working day. Our courier partners do not collect on weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been packaged to perfection, you will receive an email from our team with your tracking details (keep an eye on your spam folder for these emails). 

We use Fastway Couriers & Aramex Store-to-Door delivery (depending on your location) to ship all parcel all across South Africa. We charge a flat rate of R65 per parcel and all order over R1000 qualify for free shipping. Through experience with our courier partners delivery takes 2-5 working days after shipping. Please bear in mind that if you live in an outlying area your parcel might take longer to get delivered. Holiday season will also add time to your delivery date and we suggest shopping for gifts well in advance of the date you might need them for.

Returns & Refunds

For hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns on any earrings. We do not accept returns on any accessories, however we do accept exchange returns for rings, necklaces and bracelets/anklets.

Please check out our RING SIZING GUIDE for assistance on how to choose the right ring size for you. If you do wish to exchange your rings, necklaces, bracelets or anklets, you are welcome to return them to our address via Aramex Store-to-Door (we do not accept PAXI or PUDO returns). Once we receive your accessories back in unworn, sellable condition, we will process your exchange and send your new picks to you at our flat rate cost of R65 (payable before we send out your new order). Please note that all return costs and the cost for sending your new sizes will be for your account – we really encourage you choose well when ordering online to avoid the costs involved in exchanges. 

We take great care in packaging each order to perfection, however, if any items in your order arrive with you faulty or incorrect, please contact us upon receipt (no later than 2 days after receiving your order) and we will have the faulty goods collected or issue you with a coupon code. Your coupon will include free shipping. Please add images of your damaged order in your email requests as we will not be able to issue you with a coupon code without detailed images.

Sales & Sales Items

All sale items are sold as-is and they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please read the listing of sale items carefully as some sale items are last chance items that might have very minor flaws (these will be pointed out in the listing). Please make sure to choose ring sizes carefully when it comes to sale items as we won’t be able to exchange sale rings for different sizes. 

Wear & Tear

Wants & Needs can not be held responsible for wear and tear on your accessories under any circumstances. Please read through our CARE page for more details on looking after your jewellery.
