HOW DOES ORDERING WORK?
Place your order with us through our online store. We endeavor to process and ship out all orders within 1-2 days of receipt of payment.
Please note that if you choose to pay via bank transfer (EFT), your order will only be shipped out once the payment reflects in our bank account – this could take a day or two extra.
Once your order has been packaged to perfection, you will receive an email from our team with your tracking number.
We use Fastway Couriers & Aramex, depending on your location, to ship all of our goods, unless otherwise mentioned. Our experience with Fastway is that they deliver to your preferred delivery address within 2-3 working days.
Please do contact us if, within 5 working days you have not received your order. We would be so happy to look into this for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns on any of our accessories.
We take great care in packaging each order to perfection, however, if any of the items in your order arrive with you faulty, please contact us upon receiving your faulty goods (no later than 2 days after receiving them) and we will issue you with a coupon code. You can use your coupon code towards shopping the same item or towards a new purchase. Your coupon will include free shipping. Please add images of your damaged order in your email requests as we will not be able to issue you with a coupon code without these.
Wants & Needs can not be held responsible for any wear-and-tear on your accessories. Please refer to our CARE PAGE to follow tips on how to preserve the integrity of your Wants & Needs accessories.
