We take great care in packaging each order to perfection, however, if any of the items in your order arrive with you faulty, please contact us upon receiving your faulty goods (no later than 2 days after receiving them) & we will issue you with a coupon code. You can use your coupon code towards shopping the same item or towards a new purchase. Your coupon will include free shipping. Please add images of your damaged order in your email requests as we will not be able to issue you with a coupon code without these.
