Shipping

We use FASTWAY & ARAMEX door-to-door couriers to ship all of our parcels. On occasion & for reasons out of our control, we might choose to use a substitute courier company at our own discretion. We will of course always let you know with which courier company we shipped your goods and supply the tracking details accordingly. 

We aim to ship all accessories 1 working day after receiving your online order. The courier will not collect on weekends & public holidays so if you order on a Friday or on/day before a public holiday, there is a chance that your parcel will only be dispatched the following working day.

Once your parcel is on its way to you we will forward you a tracking number & details of the courier company used to ship your parcel. From experience the courier companies we work with deliver within 2-5 working days after shipping. Please bear in mind that if you live in an outlying area it might take longer than usual for your parcel to be delivered to you
